Maria Berglund was an outstanding realtor. She made the process of getting my house up for sale quick and easy with a very flattering listing. She found a buyer that offered my asking price within a few days. The house needed extensive updates before sale as the building codes changed and expert repairs were needed after the inspections. Maria coordinated with all of the contractors to perform the work, negotiated with the buyer's broker to keep requests reasonable, and kept in daily contact as to the status of everything. Everything moved so quickly that we moved closing up 2-weeks. I will be looking for a new house as a buyer soon and will definitely call Maria to be my realtor again.

We just moved from Houston to Albuquerque and Shane has been a god send. We started working together about a year ago and he has been amazing. His tenacity to find us our home has been incredible.
